1. Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (United Kingdom), you have the right to cancel any service purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase, provided that the service has not yet begun. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at support@lailsome.info before the 14-day period expires.
2. Refunds for Commenced Services
If coaching sessions have already begun at the time of your cancellation request, you will receive a partial refund calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the programme. The following deductions apply:
- Sessions already delivered are non-refundable
- CV review and written deliverables that have been completed are non-refundable
- Administrative and platform fees (up to 10% of the programme price) may be deducted
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Completed coaching sessions or consultations
- Delivered written materials (CV drafts, cover letters, interview guides)
- Services consumed in their entirety
- Promotional or discounted packages purchased at a reduced rate (unless required by UK law)
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@lailsome.info with:
- Your full name and the email address used at purchase
- The service or programme you wish to cancel
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to continue with a programme due to medical reasons or a significant life event, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will always aim to find a fair and reasonable resolution.
6. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may contact us to escalate your concern. You also have the right to use alternative dispute resolution services or seek advice from Citizens Advice (United Kingdom) or the Competition and Markets Authority.
